What’s New At Oregon Senior News

We are proud to announce two new projects underway.  The first will be a section called “You Snapped It”, wherein readers all over Oregon can send or email to us, photos of our great State.  We will feature one or more of these photographs in an edition of the paper.  Photographs can be pictures of an older Oregon, or something new.  We will list the author’s name only and submission of your photos, of course, gives Oregon  Senior News the right and privilege of publishing them.

Our second project is entitled “Thank A Veteran” .  If you know of a veteran in a nursing home, living alone, or just in need of some general cheering up, provide us with a name, address, and photograph, either current or military picture, and we will publish it in Oregon Senior News, inviting our readers to send the veteran a card thanking them for their service.

We at Oregon Senior News are dedicated to honoring our veterans, young and old.  Let’s thank them for their dedication to giving us the freedoms we enjoy, and to this great Nation.
